I first met Phebe in Massachusetts. We spoke regularly, and I was very impressed not only by her knowledge of the law (though it was excellent) but also by her willingness to really listen to her clients and then solve the whole problem rather than just the legal problem they saw. She thinks outside the box, works creatively with all parties involved in the matter, and finds ways to get her clients the results they desire and deserve.
